Acceptable Use

Use Forecourt only for lawful, authorised and honest vehicle presentation.

1. Allowed use

You may clean a background, correct lighting and colour, standardise composition, organise galleries, blur private identifiers and draft factual listing text from information you are entitled to use.

2. No misrepresentation

Do not remove, minimise or conceal dents, corrosion, scratches, accident damage, uneven panels, warning indicators, worn interiors, wheel damage or any fact relevant to a buyer. Do not fabricate service records, ownership, mileage, registration, inspection, roadworthiness, mechanical condition or history. Attempts may be refused and accounts may be suspended.

3. Rights and privacy

Upload only photographs and information you own or have permission to process. Do not upload identity documents, payment card details, private addresses, confidential records or images of people without a lawful basis. Use plate, face and reflection blurring where identifiers appear.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, threatening or infringing content; malware; stolen material; deceptive documents; or content intended to harass or discriminate. Do not bypass safety controls, scrape private data, overload the service, resell account access or use output to impersonate another party.

5. Fair trading

Users must comply with consumer-protection, fair-trading, advertising and anti-misrepresentation duties that apply where a listing is published. The output disclosure must not be cropped, erased or obscured.
