FORECOURT / CUSTOMER POLICY

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Forecourt digital creative workspace and its subscription outputs.

Last updated 20 July 2026Governing law: England and Wales

1. Service boundary

Forecourt creates presentation images, listing-copy drafts, shot lists and short videos. It is not a vehicle dealer, marketplace, broker, auctioneer, inspection service, valuation service, warranty provider or payment intermediary. It does not advertise or sell vehicles, introduce transaction parties, hold purchase money or guarantee enquiries, sale price or outcome.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Children under 13 may not use Forecourt. Anyone aged 13–17 must have permission and supervision from a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate account information, protect access credentials and promptly report misuse. Business users confirm authority to bind their organisation.

3. Honest presentation

You must not ask Forecourt to hide or eliminate dents, corrosion, scratches, accident evidence, interior wear, mechanical issues, mileage or any fact that could affect a buyer’s decision. Permitted edits are limited to background replacement, lighting correction, layout consistency, reflection clean-up and privacy blurring. The output disclosure must remain visible. You must comply with applicable consumer-protection, fair-trading and anti-misrepresentation rules.

4. Seller verification

AI copy is a draft. You are solely responsible for checking make, model, year, trim, mileage, ownership, service, inspection, accident, mechanical and condition statements against reliable records before publishing. Forecourt never supplies inspection, registration, roadworthiness or mechanical conclusions.

5. Subscription and billing

Prices are in USD. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Monthly vehicle allowances reset each billing period, do not roll over, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and are not stored value. Taxes may be applied by the payment provider where required. A failed payment may pause access.

6. Cancellation, suspension and termination

You may cancel through the customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, unsafe uploads, rights violations, attempts to misrepresent condition, payment failure or material breach. Sections concerning ownership, liability, indemnity, disputes and records survive termination.

7. Availability and liability

We use reasonable care but do not warrant uninterrupted service, perfect generation or a commercial result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a vehicle transaction, seller statement, lost sale, buyer reliance or unauthorised uploaded content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in a user’s home country.
